HIMALYAN ROUTE – CAR & SCORPIO HIRE SERVICES

Travel Comfortably. Explore Freely. Experience the Himalayas.

At Himalyan Route, we provide reliable car and Scorpio hire services for travellers exploring Himachal Pradesh, Kinnaur, Spiti Valley and other Himalayan destinations. Our vehicle services are available with selected tour packages as well as for customers staying at our hotels and travelling independently.

VEHICLE WITH TOUR PACKAGE

When a customer books a complete tour package with Himalyan Route, the vehicle charges are included in the selected tour package as per the package details. Vehicle, driver charges, fuel and other services mentioned in the package are covered according to the agreed itinerary and package inclusions.

For package tours, customers can travel comfortably without having to arrange separate daily vehicle payments, subject to the terms and inclusions of their selected tour package.

HOTEL STAY & LOCAL VEHICLE HIRE

Customers who are staying at our hotel but have not booked a complete tour package can also request a Car or Scorpio for local travel and sightseeing. In such cases, the vehicle is charged separately according to the required service, route, duration and vehicle type.

For local vehicle hire, the customer is responsible for the driver's meals and food expenses during the service period. The driver will provide the required transfer or local travel service and will return to the designated driver location after dropping or completing the agreed service.

PERSONAL / PRIVATE VEHICLE HIRE

Customers who wish to hire a vehicle personally for their own travel requirements may also contact Himalyan Route. Private vehicle hire is subject to vehicle availability, route conditions, travel requirements and applicable terms.

For personal vehicle hire, certain documentation and verification may be required before the service is confirmed. The required documents, vehicle availability, charges, route and other service conditions can be discussed directly with our hotel or travel team.

Personal vehicle hire will be confirmed only after availability and all applicable requirements have been verified.
