Badhal is a peaceful mountain settlement along the route towards Kinnaur, surrounded by beautiful Himalayan landscapes, forests, mountain roads and local villages. Although it is not a major tourist centre, the area offers travellers a chance to experience the quieter and more authentic side of Himachal Pradesh.
